NLP is a collection of tools which will help you change your thought processes and understand your thinking and behavioural patterns, your emotional state and your aspirations, allowing you to remove limiting decisions, negative emotions and behaviour, and eliminate fears and phobias.
Sometimes defined as the study of the structure of subjective experience, NLP uses the language and senses - visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, olfactory and gustatory - present in our neurological system to achieve specific and desired outcomes by identifying and strengthening the skills that are best placed to produce a positive outcome.

NLP is a powerful way to create change on an unconscious level and offers fast and lasting results.
Packages are designed on 3, 4 or 6 sessions. The first session is 90 minutes.
This includes an initial consultation where I will discuss what I do and how, take case notes and, if time permits, I will introduce you to hypnosis.
Following sessions are 60 minutes. Prices are based on £80 per hour.
